You would like to show and rent your property and save on the commission. You can use our rental application package, tenant screening services, lease, required disclosures and knowledge for $235, paid after you accept your applicants.

Once you have someone to apply for your property, we will send them the paperwork with DocuSign and gather all needed documents to help you make an informed decision to rent to them or not.

Our tenant screening service gives you proof of current employment, current landlord references and a report of credit history, public records and collections. We use Screening Reports, Inc. for comprehensive, credit and background search services designed exclusively for the housing industry. The prospective tenant pays the application fee when they fill out the paperwork.

We will email you the report and all the documents you need to make an informed decision, one of our processors will answer any questions you might have.

We are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and use the lease and disclosures that they prepared in 2022 for their members in Chicago. Your lease needs to be done correctly and in compliance with the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (CRLTO).
